The nature of the events precludes reimbursements unless the reasons for requesting a refund are directly related to the cancellation of the entire tournament or event by ISCL Management. Under any other circumstances, a strict no-refund policy is enforced.

• Partial cancellation of matches due to weather conditions, team unavailability, or other factors beyond ISCL Management's control.
• Absence or withdrawal of a player for personal reasons.
