Registration Policy

Declaration

I hereby declare that my parents/guardians and I have read and understood all the rules, regulations, and restrictions of the Indian Stars Cricket League ("ISCL") and agree to follow them in their entirety.

Agreement Highlights

• We acknowledge and accept that the coaches' decisions regarding player selection will be final and binding.
• I undertake not to ingest, swallow, inhale, or consume any performance-enhancing drugs or illegal substances.
• If found guilty of violating any provisions of this agreement, I understand that my registration will be immediately cancelled.
• The decision of the ISCL Disciplinary Committee will be final and binding in all cases of disciplinary action.

Injury and Refund Policy

• We understand that no refund will be provided if the Applicant becomes injured during the camp/season and is unable to continue.
• The ISCL Management is not responsible for any undisclosed medical ailment or injury sustained during play.
• If registration is cancelled by the ISCL Disciplinary Committee for any reason, the registration fee will be forfeited without recourse.

Event Cancellation Policy

We understand and agree that if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond ISCL Management's control (e.g., riots, civil unrest, war, acts of God, court orders, government bans, etc.), the registration fee will not be reimbursed.

Indemnity Bond Requirement

Parents/legal guardians must execute an Indemnity Bond in the ISCL format on Rs. 10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper. The bond must be duly attested by a gazetted officer/notary and submitted at the camp. Entry will be denied without a valid Indemnity Bond.
